Purpose: Clarifies that driveways must be paved. All surfacing <br />must be completed prior to occupancy unless other arrangements have been <br />made with the Zoning Administrator. <br />Subdivision 6. Design and Maintenance of Off-Street Parking Areas• <br />d. Surfacingt. All driveways and off-street parking areas shall be permanently <br />surfaced with either concrete or asphalt or impervious decorative pavement <br />. such as brick between the street and garage.
