i M ~°~'~ <br />~, U ~ ~V~~C~IICr~v~^ ~- . <br />Minnesota Agricultural Property Tax Law (Green Acres <br />Law) Section 273.111 Agricultural Property Tax. <br />62. Farm, Suburban - Agriculture. A suburban farm is <br />a non commercial food producing use primarily intended <br />for the use of the residents, and usually on less than <br />ten (10) contiguous acres. Suburban agricultural uses <br />may include production of crops such as fruit trees, <br />shrubs, plants, flowers, vegetables, and domestic pets. <br />63. Feed Lot. The place of housing or feeding of <br />livestock or other animals for food, fur, pleasure, or <br />resale purposes in yards, lots, pens, buildings, or <br />other areas not normally used for pasture or crops and <br />in which substantial amounts of manure or related other <br />wastes may originate by reason of such feeding of <br />animals. <br />64. Fence. A partition, structure, wall, or gate <br />erected as a dividing marker, visual or physical <br />barrier, or enclosure. <br />65. Fill. Any act by which soil, earth, sand, gravel, <br />rock, or any similar material is deposited, placed, <br />pushed, or transported and shall include the conditions <br />resulting therefrom. <br />• <br />66. Final Plat. A drawing or map of an approved <br />subdivision, meeting all requirements of the <br />Subdivision Ordinance, and in such form as required by <br />the community for purposes of recording. <br />
