OPTIONAL SERVICES <br />The following services have not been requested by the City but are <br />available from the consultant as follows: <br />Photo imaging of streetscape elements so that they can be viewed as <br />to character and location prior to their construction by the City, <br />corridor residents, business persons and key players. The subject of <br />photo imaging may be entry features, signage and streetscape <br />character. (Estimated cost per photo image is $500.) <br />The purchase of aerial photography (200 scale) for the corridor in <br />the event photography is not already available from the City. (Esti- <br />mate from Markhurd is $420.) <br />• Meetings in addition to those described in Phase 1-streetscape <br />Plan. (Estimated at $225 per additional meeting.) <br />• If the process determines that a structured Town Meeting is needed <br />to take input, this service can be provided for a fee estimated in the <br />range of $1,000 to $1,300. <br />FEE PROPOSAL <br />The fee for Phase 1, streetscape Plan, is estimated at $9,750. HKG is <br />agreeable to an hourly not to exceed fee in that amount. <br />For Phases 2 and 3, Construction Documents/Services, the fee will be <br />based on an acceptable percent of construction or a negotiated, not to <br />exceed, fee which is agreeable to the City and HKG.
