III. OPTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH INDIVIDUAL USES <br />• After doing some furhter research and thinking about each of the eight uses, staff <br />realized that to do an impact study on each use would be time-consuming and <br />unnecessary if there are other ways to effectively regulate these uses. Therefore, <br />staff compiled a list of options for the commission's review. For the purpose of <br />moving this along and to direct discussion the options include staff <br />recommendations on how to proceed.
