• District Map Application: <br />Proceeding on the assumption that new B-3 and B-W Districts will <br />be established by the City of Ramsey, the geographic map <br />application of these zones has been evaluated. On an initial <br />basis, the proposed zoning map illustrated in Exhibit "B" <br />delineates the suggested areas for these zones. In summary, a <br />majority of the present B-1 zoning fronting and paralleling U.S. <br />Highway 10 is proposed for the B-3 District. Thee area <br />immediately to the north of the proposed B-3 District, north of <br />the railroad line is suggested for the B-W zone. This <br />application implements the districts being designated to areas <br />reflective of the intended use and character, plus creates the <br />progressive use change and transition concept previously <br />discussed. The City will have to thoroughly review and assess <br />the proposed mapping which is suggested. <br />• <br />6 <br />
