The purpose of these districts) <br />is to provide for small scale consumer goods stores and limited <br />service establishments which deal directly with the customer by <br />whom the goods and services are consumed. They are primarily <br />intended to serve the surrounding neighborhood rather than the <br />entire community. <br />Subdivision 2. permitted Uses.
