5/1/93 <br />Subdivision 3. ~,onditional Uses. The following uses are permitted <br />subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit (CUP): <br />a. Automobile repair establishments .(SIC 753) subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The use is existing as of the date of adoption of this <br />amendment, <br />2. The structure and use shall not be expanded without City <br />Council approval, <br />3. Any change in use shall be to the same or another B-3 <br />permitted or conditional use, <br />4. No more than five (5) cars shall be parked outdoors <br />overnight at any one time, <br /> <br />V5. Temporary construction buildings (approved by Zoning <br />Administrator). <br />c. Accessory structures other than private gazages as regulated <br />herein. The design and placement of the accessory buildings must <br />be approved by the Council as being in harmony with the <br />2 <br />
