The revised plan that was given to us at the meeting has 4 to 1 slope azound the low <br />azea west of the existing buildings. <br />3 & 4.The revised plan has raised the garage floor elevations on the proposed buildings. <br />The Engineer and Developer aze awaze of our concerns about flat grades on <br />driveways and yazds. <br />5. Preliminary plans were provided at the meeting. We will review storm sewer <br />calculations and prepaze a letter for the meeting on July 8, 1992. <br />6. The area west of the development is the University property. It presently drains to <br />the south and should not cause additional runoff to the project azea. The grading on <br />the south end of the development will not occur outside of the platted area. <br />Therefore, the present drainage will be maintained to the west along the lot line to <br />the University property. <br />7. An Alta Survey for the development has been provided that states all the required <br />information. <br />D. Site Plan <br />1. The existing sanitary sewer elevations are shown on the preliminary plans provided <br />at the meeting. <br />2. The recycler checked the plan and the end of the road provides sufficient room to <br />turn his truck around. The road is a private road and therefore will be plowed by <br />the Homeowners' Association. <br />3. The 20 foot minimum width from back of curb to garage at closest point is a <br />standard of Rottlund Homes. <br />4. The planner reviewed the information regarding the zoning. <br /> <br />
