The Homeowners' Association Agreement provides for common ownership of <br />everything outside of the buildings. Therefore, having driveways across two lots is <br />not a problem because it is covered under the agreement and the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />2.a. Part of Homeowners' Association Agreement <br />b. We will review this on construction plans when they aze submitted for review prior <br />to construction. <br />c. Road right-of--way is plotted as outlot. <br />d. & e. A utility easement is shown on the plat over Outlot A for public purpose including <br />emergency vehicles, public utilities and conveniences. Mr. Don Jensen was going to discuss the surety on the project with his boss at <br />Rottlund Homes and agree on the amount with Susan Hoyt. <br />2.
