Limited business was an appropriate <br />designation for the proposed office park development. However, <br />land use demands did not support this designation. Therefore, it <br />is appropriate to change the comprehensive land use plan to <br />illustrate the medium density residential use of this property. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />A. Approve change in the comprehensive land use plan from <br />limited business to medium density residential. <br />
