The <br />commission also asked staff to get the city council's ideas on <br />this change. <br />A REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED 1992 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />Administrator Hoyt explained the proposed 1992 capital <br />improvements, clarifying some figures and answering questions. <br />The commission moved to accept the program because it conforms to <br />the city's comprehensive land use plan. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION OF A HOUSING CODE <br />The city of Falcon Height's draft comprehensive plan includes the <br />adoption of a housing policy because most the city's housing is <br />40 years old. After a brief discussion, Administrator Hoyt <br />summarized that the housing code is to assure that there are safe <br />and sanitary dwellings in the city, and that it may be <br />implemented in a variety of ways.
