Meeting Date: 9/23/91 <br />Agenda Item F-1 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Letter regarding an individual parking request <br />SUBMITTED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br />REVIEWED BY: <br />EXPLANATION/SUMMARY: <br />The city's parking policy is designed to avoid individual <br />requests for unique parking regulations in front of his/her <br />property. The policy indicates that any written request for a <br />parking study must be reviewed by the city planner. If the <br />planner determines that the parking request does not warrant <br />further action, the planner's finding is passed along to the <br />planning commission and city council for their information. <br />On Thursday, August 29, 1991, Ms. Barbara Miller of 2111 Hoyt <br />visited with the city administrator about her parking concerns. <br />Although she did not write a formal request for the city's <br />consideration, in an effort to assist you in understanding how <br />the newly adopted parking policy is applied, the letter following <br />this conversation is attached for your information. <br />ATTACHMENTS - Letter from Susan Hoyt dated September 3, 1991 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />For your information <br />
