Meeting Date August 26 1991 <br />Agenda Item E-1 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ITEM: Request for a permitted accessory use permit for a utility <br />shed at 1710 Fry Street in an R-1 zone <br />SUBMITTED BY: Mr. Albert Windham, property owner <br />REVIEWED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator acting as planner <br />EXPLANATION/DESCRIPTION: <br />Mr. Windham is requesting approval of an 8 ft. by 8 ft. by an <br />approximately 7 ft. high utility shed. The shed will be located <br />in the rear 20 ~ of the rear yard, 9 1/2 ft from the nearest side <br />lot line and 4 ft. from the rear lot line (see figure 1). <br />Existing shrubs shield the shed from the adjacent neighbors' <br />views.
