The shed will be located <br />in the rear 20 ~ of the rear yard, 9 1/2 ft from the nearest side <br />lot line and 4 ft. from the rear lot line (see figure 1). <br />Existing shrubs shield the shed from the adjacent neighbors' <br />views.
