Chapter 13.04 Subd 5(h) (General Provisions) of the <br />Falcon Heights City Code is amended to read: <br />(h) Lot Covera e. In residential districts, no more than <br />thin y wo percent (32$) of the required yard area shall <br />be surfaced or utilized for driveway or vehicle storage <br />space, but in no case shall a driveway in a required front <br />yard exceed 24 feet in width as measured at the property <br />line. <br />• DRIVEWAY WIDTHS <br />Lot Driveway Width (Assuming 30' Length) <br />Width 25~ 32$ Standard <br />50' 12.5 16' <br />60' 15' 19' <br />64' 16' 20.2' <br />70' 17.5' 22.4' <br />80' 20' Maximum 24' <br />100' 25' Maximum 24' <br />Section 2. Chapter 9-13.04 Subd 6(d) (Design & Maintenance of <br />Off Street Parking Areas) of the Falcon Heights City Code is <br />hereby amended to read: <br />(d) Surfacin All driveways and off-street parking areas <br />shal a permanently surfaced with either concrete or <br />asphalt or impervious decorative pavement such as brick <br />between the street and garage. (This does not require the <br />resurfacing of existing driveways with parallel tracks <br />into one contiguous surface.) <br />Section 3. Chapter 9-14.01, Subd 10 (Access Drives & Access) of <br />the Falcon Heights City Code is hereby amended to read: <br />1 <br />• <br />
