<br />811.0~,p. D8~`3NITTONS. For the purpose of this Chapter,
<br />aeztain terms and words are defined as fo}.lows:
<br />(A} l~musement Center. Any zoom, p~,ace, or area, open to

<br />including, bat not limited to, a bar, xestaurant,
<br />lounge, supper c3ub, or boWlinq establishment, the
<br />purpose and use of which is to provide amusement or
<br />entertainment through the operation of four {4} or

<br />machine ar dev#,ce, which operates or may be operated
<br />by the public by inserting a chin, coins, token, or

<br />limited to, such devices as pinball machines, IabXe
<br />shuffleboard games, table hockey and soccer games,
<br />v~,deo games, matian picture machines, and alb, other
<br />electronic and mechanical machines and devices, which

<br />amusement of the pub~.ic, Azt "amusement device" is
<br />not a "gambling device" as defined by Minnesota

<br />811.030. APPLICATION. 3~ach applicant for an amusement

<br />pra~rided by the City end shall answer a31 questions and provide a13
<br />information required on said application. The application shall
<br />inCluse a description of the area within which the amusement
<br />devices are to be ].orated.
<br />811.040. LICENSE PEE. Amusement center licenses sha~.~. be
<br />issued for one {1) year peri,ads to gtta3.ified applicants. The
<br />annual license fee is Qrie Hundred DolZaxs (5104.00), and said fee
<br />sham be paid at the time of making application. In the event saa,a
<br />applicat3~on is rejected, the fula fie shalt be refunded,
<br />$11,050. INS~lRANCE. The applicant far an amusement
<br />center license shall pravfde the City with a Certificate of
<br />Insurance evidencins~ liabi3,ity coverage in the amount df
<br />S100,p00/5300,Qp4, with a provision that the City be head haXm3.ess.
