Coordinate public transit with all transit planning <br />and delivery agencies to improve transit services (MTC, <br />RTB, Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority). <br />9. Continue to coordinate with the County Regional Rail- <br />road Authority in the planning and implementation of <br />LRT plans. <br />10. If LRT becomes a reality, locate it along Snelling <br />Avenue with a transit station at Snelling/Larpenteur. <br />New 11. If LRT becomes a reality, minimize its impact on adjacent <br />properties on the LRT route. <br />12. Encourage high quality, compatible uses <br />that focus on before and after work activities <br />such as restaurants, dry cleaning, day care centers, <br />banks and convenience shopping in an LRT station area. <br />13. Require any major building redevelopment in an <br />LRT zone to minimize setbacks between roadways, <br />sidewalks and building entrances and to orient entrances <br />• to LRT stations to attractively and easily accommodate <br />pedestrians. <br />* 14. Require that heliports comply with the licensing <br />requirements of MnDOT, the approach and altitude standards <br />established by the FAA and the noise standards established <br />by the MPCA as requirements of Conditional Use Permit <br />approval. <br />(Due to heliport regulations.) <br />* 15.
