Commissioner Barry is completing his <br />first three year term and may be re-appointed by the Council. <br />Commissioner Flanagan served the Commission since March, 1985, <br />which means he is not eligible to serve another full three year. <br />term. However, if willing, he may serve for a total of eight <br />years. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />1.
