In order to control <br />"chronic" garage sales with merchandise brought onto the property <br />from non-residential places, the attached additions to the code <br />are intended to regulate flagrant abusers of garage sales. They <br />are not intended as a mechanism to discourage annual residential <br />garage and boutique sales held by homeowners or their neighbors. <br />ATTACHMENT 1 - Proposed zoning code additions governing garage <br />and boutique sales in an R-1 zone. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />1.
