The structure will'be 8 ft. tall by <br />12 ft. wide by 8 ft. long and will be stained with a natural finish. <br />The structure and its location meet the requirements of the zoning <br />code 9-2.04 (1) (c) and 9-2.04 (1) (i). The structure requires <br />a building permit because it exceeds 90 square feet. <br />Mr. Stange cannot attend the Planning <br />Commission meeting due to a previous <br />commitment. <br />ACTION--RE¢i~ESTED <br />1.
