<br />Dr. Linda Treeful, City Forester, presented the annual report
<br />for 1989 and responded to inquiries from Council.
<br />ASSESSMENT HEARING ON ASSESSMENT OF UNPAID FALSE ALARM FEES
<br />SCHEDULED FOR 3/14/90 (BULLSEYE VIDEO/TAN LINE)
<br />Dennis Hunt, tine owner of Buiisye Video/Tan Line, 1553 Vd.
<br />Larpenteur, presently owes a total cf $475.00 in unpaid false
<br />alarm fees and has indicated he cannot pay the fees. Since City
<br />Code does provide for assessment of these unpaid fees, Council
<br />unanimously agreed to set the Assessment Hearing for 8:00 P.M. •
<br />on March 11, 1990.
