Land Use - <br />a. residential use is a good use for the site, <br />which acts as a buffer between a single family neighborhood, <br />Falcon Woods, and Larpenteur Avenue. <br />b. This project does not include the two existing office <br />buildings in the area, which are not completed nor operating <br />at full capacity. Developing around them may create chronic <br />"white elephants". <br />3. Financial - The financial package is very tentative.
