PLANNING AND DEVELOPI~NT 9-4.01 <br />i. Accessory buildings other than detached private garages as <br />regulated herein. The design and placement of the accessory <br />buildings must be approved by the City Council as being in harmony <br />with the surrounding residential neighborhood after review and <br />recommendation by the Planning Commission. <br />~. Buildings temporarily located for purposes of constructing on <br />the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary for such <br />construction (approved by zoning administrator). <br />Subdivision ~F. Lot Area, Height, Lot Width and Yard Requirements. <br />a. No structure or building shall exceed two (2) stories or <br />twenty-five (25) feet in height above ground level, whichever is <br />lesser in height, except as provided in section 9-2.07 of this <br />Chapter. <br />b. Aside yard abutting a street shall be at least 20 percent of <br />the width of the lot. <br />c. Regulation of off-street parking and loading spaces in this Code <br />is to alleviate or prevent congestion of the public right-of-way and <br />to promote the safety and general welfare of the public by <br />establishing minimum requirements for off-street parking, loading <br />and unloading from motor vehicles in accordance with the utilization <br />of the various parcels of land and structures. <br />• <br />uo <br />
