(PVI) is presenting a na,- proposa <br />for the Southeast Corner of Larpenteur and Snelling Avenues. The new <br />proposal is for 65,000 square feet of one-story commercial space. If the <br />proposal proceeds, the developer will be asking for Tax Increment Financing <br />for a portion of the project cost. ' <br />The previous PVI proposal included approximately 47,000 square feet of one- <br />story commercial space and a five story 188 unit moderate rent apartment <br />building.
