The proposed use requires a <br />Conditional Use Permit because the overnight hours of operation <br />deviate fromm the requirements of a home occupation (9-14.01, <br />subdivision 25(d-16) page 101-102). It also deviates from <br />subdivision 25 (d-5), because the B&B has a swimming pool. The <br />property owners also propose to operate an office in their home. <br />This use meets all the requirements of a home occupation.
