We request permission: i) to <br />operate an in-home office for Attention Technology Inc. <br />tATI), and 2) to open a Bed and Breakfast (B & B). <br />~tttntion Technology. .~nc• <br />ATI, a family-owned company, distributes a computer <br />• software neuropsychologicai testing program that Is manu- <br />factured in northern Minnesota. Carol, a nurse psycho- <br />therapist, Is the only employee and wltl conduct almost all <br />of the ATI business by telephone or by mail. The occasional <br />clinical appointments or business meetings that would be <br />conducted on-site would be limited to one or two persons for <br />whom adequate off-street packing is already available. <br />Please refer to the office outlined in green on MAP C, first <br />floor, and to the parking spaces on MAP D. <br />~e,~ and Breakfast <br />We wish to open a "Bed and Breakfast" which is defined <br />by Laura Zahn in Room ~ $~g ,~pn_ Minnesota. These rennovations include Installing a sani- <br />• tizing dishwasher and upgrading the swimming pool to commer- <br />cial standards. <br />The B & B would consist of 2 two-room suites, each with <br />a ,private bathroom, one on the second and one on the third <br />floors csee MAP C) for a maximum occupancy of six people. <br />
