The revisions primarily clarify the protective fencing <br />requirements to: <br />1. Require a 5' high fence with a self-latching safety <br />gate around all pools. <br />2. Requiring the bottom of the fencing and the gate <br />be 4" or less above the ground or grade. <br />3.
