No swimming pool shall be constructed, <br />excavated or established in the City without first obtaining a <br />building permit therefor. <br />2. Application. An application for permit shall be <br />submitted to the building inspector which includes the type <br />and size of the pool, together with a site plan containing the <br />following information: <br />a. Plans. Inspection. All wiring, installation of heating units, <br />grading, installation of pipe, or other construction shall be <br />subject to inspection and shall conform to the State Building <br />Code. Minimum Setback Requirements. <br />• 1.
