Permit Required. <br />No. 148) Private <br />_as any enclosure <br />whether constructed <br />of 18 inches in depth or <br />ended or used for <br />amily. guest or <br />1. Permit. No swimming pool shall be constructed, <br />excavated or established in the City without first obtaining a <br />building permit therefor. <br />2. Application. An application for permit shall be <br />submitted to the building inspector which includes the type <br />and size of the pool, together with a site plan containing the <br />following information: <br />a. Plans. Inspection. All wiring, installation of heating units, <br />grading, installation of pipe, or other construction shall be <br />subject to inspection and shall conform to the State Building <br />Code.
