With the total number of parking spaces provided on site being 67, the minimum <br />number of accessible spaces is 3 with one of those being a "van accessible" space. The <br />site plan provided shows compliance with the Minnesota Accessibility Code. <br />2. There must be an accessible route provided from the self-parking access aisles to <br />the entrance of the building. The accessible route must have a minimum clear width of <br />48 inches. The site plan indicates an accessible route width of 6.75 feet, which should be <br />wide enough if kept clear of front or rear ends of vehicles extending over the curb. Curb <br />stops could be installed if necessary. <br />• <br />
