amendment. <br />211. Supper Club. A building with facilities for the preparation and serving of <br />. meals and where meals are regularly served at tables to the general public. The <br />building must be of sufficient size and design to permit the serving of meals to not <br />less than fifty (50) guests at one time. Intoxicating liquors may be sold on sale <br />and live entertainment and/or dancing shall be permitted. <br />212. Swimming Pool. Any enclosure in ground or above ground on private <br />property having a water surface area exceeding 100 square feet and a water depth <br />of not less than 11/2 feet. <br />13. Tanning Salons. Establishments primarily engaged in providing tanning <br />serti~iccs to the public throu~~h the use of tanning beds. arld other trnlning <br />equipment. <br />214. Tavern or Bar. A building with facilities for the serving of beer, wine, set- <br />ups and other alcoholic beverages and may include short order foods. <br />215. Television Broadcasting Stations Establishments primarily engaged in <br />broadcasting visual programs by television to the public, except cable and other <br />pa}' television services. Included in this industry are commercial, religious, <br />educational, and other television stations. Thera eutic Massa e En <br />p g. to rise A person who operates a business which <br />hires only certified therapeutic massage therapists to provide therapeutic massage <br />to the public. The owner/operator of a therapeutic massage enterprise need not be <br />certified as a therapeutic massage therapist if he or she does not at anytime <br />practice or administer massage to the public. <br />217.
