304(b). Buildin Permit Fees Section 304 of the Uniform Building Code <br />is hereby adopted together with all future amendments thereto. Said <br />section shall also include the following: Wreckin <br />• feet of structure, $1.25 (minimum $50.00). Fees for fencesudr vewa s <br />parking lots, and signs will be based upon Table 3-a of the Uniform y <br />Building Code. All other fees shall be based upon the value of the <br />improvement as set forth in Table 3-a of the Building Code. <br />304(c). Plan-rhP..king Feec When the Building Inspector determines <br />that the value of the improvement exceeds $1,000 and a plan or othe <br />is required to be submitted by the Building Code, a plan checking fee shall <br />be paid to the Zoning Administrator's office at the time of submitting <br />plans or other data. The plan checking fee shall equa165 percent of the <br />building permit fees. <br />Where plans are incomplete, or changed so as to require additional plan <br />checking, an additional plan check fee shall be charged at a rate <br />established by the Building Inspector. <br />304 d . Ex iration of Plan Check. The plan check becomes null and void <br />if the work or construction authorized is not commenced within 120 days <br />or such work or construction is commenced but then abandoned for a <br />period of 120 days or more. In order to renew application after expiration, <br />the applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan-check fee. <br />~e--_T}~9±a <br />Repealed in its entirety, Ordinance 0-93-3, 4/14/93 <br />304 .Doubled Fees. Where work for which a permit is required is <br />commenced prior to obtaining a permit, the above specified fees shall be <br />doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any persons <br />from fully complying with the requirements of this ordinance in the <br />execution of the work nor from any penalties prescribed herein. <br />Subdivision 3. Automatic Fire Su ression S stems. The optional Appendix E to the <br />State Building Code entitled "Automatic Fire Suppression Systems" is included in the <br />building code of the city. <br />24 <br />
