9-5.01 <br />C <br />Part 5. "R-2" ONE & TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />9-5.01 One and Two Family "R-2" <br />Subdivision 1. Permitted Uses. No structure or land shall be used except for one or <br />more of the following uses: <br />a. One or two family detached dwellings. <br />b. All permitted uses in the "R-1" district. <br />Subdivision 2. Conditional Uses. No structure or land shall be used for the following <br />uses except by conditional use permit as permitted in the "R-1"district. <br />Subdivision 3. Permitted Accessory Uses No accessory structures or use of land shall <br />be permitted except for one or more of the following uses: <br />a. All accessory uses as permitted in the "R-1" district. <br />Subdivision 4. Lot Area, Height Lot Width and Yard Requirements The following <br />• minimum requirements shall be observed subject to any additional requirements, <br />exceptions or modifications as set forth herein. <br />a. 1-Family building As required in the "R-1 "District. <br />b. 2-Family building As required fora 1-family building except that any building <br />with two families shall have a minimum lot area of 12,500 square feet. <br />Subdivision 5. Off-Street Parking and Loading_ As permitted in the "R-1" district. <br />Subdivision 6. Si ns. As permitted in the "R-1" district. <br />Subdivision 7.
