25. Community Centers Physical Culture Studios Libraries Private <br />Clubs, Lodges Art Galleries Ten (10) spaces plus one (1) for each one <br />hundred fifty (150) square feet in excess of two thousand (2,000) square <br />feet of floor area in the principal structure. <br />26. Animal Hos itals and Professional Offices. Three (3) spaces plus at <br />least one (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area. <br />27. Business Service Establishment At least one (1)off-street parking <br />space for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area. <br />28. Mobile Food Vendors The use of any public or private area for the <br />purpose of operating a mobile food vendor must be reviewed by the City <br />prior to issuing a vendor's permit. Parking requirements are one (1) per ten <br />(10) square feet of gross vehicle size. <br />29. Food Delivery Restaurants Parking requirements are one (1) stall per <br />employee on duty, one (1) stall per seat should be provided, one (1) stall <br />per two (2) delivery vehicles when owned, operated, and stored by <br />employees, one (1) stall per delivery vehicle when owned, operated by <br />restaurant. One (1) loading bay per store is required. <br />• 30. Based on a professional analysis of parking for any specific use, the <br />City Council may determine a reasonable parking ratio for such use. <br />9-13.05 Off-Street Loading and Unloading Areas <br />Subdivision 1. Location. All required loading berths shall be off-street and shall be <br />located on the same lot as the building or use to be served. A loading berth shall be <br />located at least twenty-five (25) feet from the intersection of two (2) street rights-of--way <br />and at least fifty (50) feet from a residential district, unless within a building. Loading <br />berths shall not occupy the required front yard space. <br />Subdivision 2. Size. Unless otherwise specified in this Chapter, a required loading berth <br />shall be not less than twelve (12) feet in width, fifty (50) feet in length, and fourteen (14) <br />feet in height, exclusive of aisle and maneuvering space. <br />Subdivision 3. Access. Each required loading berth shall be located with appropriate <br />means of vehicle access to a street or public alley in a manner which will least interfere <br />with traffic. <br />19 <br />
