. a. Guest houses for the purpose of this Section shall be an accessory building <br />detached from the principal building with temporary accommodations for <br />sleeping, but having no kitchen facility. It is intended for the use of persons <br />visiting the occupants of the principal structure. <br />b. Guest houses may be permitted as a conditional use in all residential districts <br />and shall conform to all requirements of this code and other regulations applicable <br />to residential dwellings including setback and yard requirements in relation to the <br />principal structure. <br />c. All guest houses shall have designated off-street parking spaces. <br />Subdivision 13. Dwelling Units in Commercial Industrial Districts. <br />a. Dwelling units for watchman and family shall be considered as accessory uses <br />and shall conform to all applicable regulations for the district in which located, <br />except as herein modified. <br />b. A dwelling unit in the commercial district located in a commercial structure <br />shall not occupy the basement or the front half of the ground floor. <br />c. A dwelling unit in a commercial or industrial building shall not contain more <br />. than one (1) bedroom unless said building is part of a planned unit <br />development. <br />d. No dwelling unit shall be permitted in a business district except as part of a <br />planned unit development. <br />e. A dwelling unit which is a part of the principal building shall be provided with <br />two (2) exits. <br />f. All buildings shall conform to the building code and applicable fire codes. <br />g. Residential use shall not be permitted on the ground floor of any building in <br />the "B-2" District. <br />Subdivision 14. Coin Operated Machines.
