Violations; Penalties Any person, corporation, firm or association who violates any <br />of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished <br />as provided in the code of the City and laws of the State of Minnesota for violations of <br />acts which are misdemeanors.
