Revise <br />Storm Water Ordinance to reference this handbook. <br />• Policy WQUAL2d: Require on-site detention basins or alternative effective BMPs on <br />all new development sites and redevelopment sites as required by the City's Storm <br />Water Ordinance. <br />• Policy WOUAL 2e: Require NURP or similar criteria for wet detention ponds. <br />• Policy WQUAL2f Require the use of effective nonpoint source pollution reduction <br />BMPs in development projects. <br />• Policy WQUAL 2h: Create and provide education to residents and business on <br />nutrient reduction, sediment reduction and other sources of non-point source <br />pollution, as consistent with City's MS4 Permit. <br />• <br />Falcon Heights Comprehensive Plan 2008 Draft -January, 2008 Part III: Infrastructure, Page III-38 <br />
