r ~ <br />565U <br />• <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FALCON <br />MINNESOTA <br />HELD: June 26, 1985 <br />OF THE CITY <br />HEIGHTS, <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City on the <br />26th day of June, 1985, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, <br />Councilmembers Hard, Ciernia, and Chenoweth <br />and the following were absent: Councilmember Baldwin <br />Member Eggert introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• RESOLUTION R-85-31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFIED <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS: <br />A. The City Council has had under consideration a <br />proposal to modify the existing tax increment financing plan <br />(the "Tax Increment Financing Plan") relating to the existing <br />Development District No. 1 pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter 472A <br />(herein collectively called "the Act"). <br />B. A public hearing on the modification of the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan was duly held before the City Council <br />after due publication of notice of said hearing. <br />• <br />
