• C. The City has performed all actions required by law to be performed prior to the modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plan, including, but not limited to, notification of Ramsey County and Independent School District No. 625, and Special Independent School District No. 916 having taxing jurisdiction over the property included in Development District No. 1 and the holding of a public hearing upon published and mailed notice as required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, as follows: 1. The City Council hereby finds that the modification of Tax Increment Financing Plan is intended and, in the judgment of this City Council, its effect will be, to provide an impetus for development in the City, to increase employment, and otherwise promote certain public purposes and accomplish certain objectives as specified in the Tax Increment Financing Plan. 2. The tax increment financing plan as set forth in the booklet entitled "Development District No. 1 (As Amended) and Tax Increment Financing Plan for Housing District No. 2 City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota Amended June 26, 1985" prepared by Ehlers & Associates is hereby adopted. • 3. The findings of the Council set forth in its resolution dated February 27, 1985 relating to Development District No. 1 are hereby confirmed and adopted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Lard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P4ayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Ciernia and Chenoweth and the following voted against the same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
