2. The closure of the west frontage <br />road just north of Larpenteur Avenue; <br />3. The best possible coordination of <br />both east and west frontage roads with <br />access and egress to the Amoco station <br />and former Flower City site; and <br />4. Inclusion of opticom system at <br />Snelling/Larpenteur intersection and <br />construction of water main along west <br />frontage road between Crawford and <br />Garden Avenues in plans for bidding <br />purposes subject to City's right to <br />delete the water main from the Contract. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,. that the City of Falcon <br />Heights hereby authorizes the approval of the preliminary <br />layouts for the improvement of said portion of Truck Highway <br />No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Falcon Heights, the same be and hereby are approved. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilmember Baldwin and upon a vote <br />. taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, <br />Councilmembers Chestovich, Baldwin, Hard and Ciernia, and the <br />following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />ATTEST: <br />ewan B.
