They shall be clean <br />at all times. Canvas containers shall not be used. If ice- <br />crushers are used, they should be easily cleanable. They shall <br />be maintained in a clean condition and shall be subject to <br />bactericidal treatment and shall be covered when not in use. <br />SECTION 16 - SEWAGE <br />Section 16.1 Sewage Disposal. All water-carried <br />sewage shall be disposed of by means of the public sewerage <br />system of the City of Falcon Heights provided, however, on <br />food vehicles, which dispose of their liquid waste into <br />receptacles carried on the vehicle for that purpose. This waste <br />ultimately shall be discharged into the public sewerage dis- <br />posal system. <br />SECTION 17 - PLUMBING <br />Section 17.1 Plumbing shall be so sized and <br />installed and maintained as to carry adequate quantities of <br />water to required locations throughout the establishment; <br />prevent contamination of the water supply; convey sewage and <br />liquid wastes adequately from the establishment to the sewer- <br />age system; and so that it does not constitute a source of <br />contamination of food, utensils, or equipment, or create an <br />• unsanitary condition or nuisance.
