Section 1.25 Smooth shall

<br />surface free of cracks, chips, open seams, rust, corrosion,
<br />breaks, pits, checks, and ridges.

<br />steel, nickel alloy or other corrosion resistant metal, has

<br />American Standard No, 125; or in the case of other non-corrosion-
<br />resistant alloys, is at least as smooth as commercial grade
<br />rolled steel and is free of loose scale,
<br />Section 1.27 Utensils shall mean all kitchenware,
<br />tableware, dishes, g assware, cut ery, pots, pans, containers,
<br />implements, or other equipment with which food comes in contact
<br />during storage, cooking, preparation, display, or serving,
<br />Section 1.28 Wholesome shall mean sound, healthful,
<br />clean unadu era e , and in alb ways fit for human food.
<br />Section 1,29 Approved shall mean acceptable to the
<br />Health Authori y in conformance with appropriate standards and
<br />good public health practice,
<br />SECTION 2 - LICENSES REQUIRED
<br />Section 2.1 Licenses Required. No person shall
<br />operate a o~ od es a~ ishment or engage in he business of
<br />operating a food establishment within the corporate limits of
<br />the City of Falcon Heights, unless a license of the type applicable
<br />described herein shall have been obtained therefor pursuant to
<br />this Resolution.
<br />Section 2.2 Catering Food Vehicle License, No
<br />person sha opera e or engage in he usiness o operating
<br />a catering food vehicle within the corporate limits of the
<br />City of Falcon Heights, unless a license shall have been
<br />obtained therefor from the C1,-Adm.
<br />Section 2`3 Bakery Food Vehicle License, No
<br />person sha~2 opera e or engage in e usiness o operating a
<br />bakery food vehicle selling bakery goods directly to the consumer
<br />within the corporate limits of the City of Falcon Heights unless
<br />a license shall have been obtained therefor from the C1,-Adm,
