~, or some act of God, it may not be reconstructed <br />if the structure is destroyed to an extent <br />greater than 50/ of its value; <br />WHEREAS, the proposed purchaser of the Lindig <br />greenhouse desires an assurance that if any of <br />the conditions set forth in Section ~+,3 (5) of <br />Ordinance 6~+ occur at some time in the future, <br />the Village Council will allow the structure <br />to be rebuilt, thus re-establishing a non- <br />conforming use in the "R-3" district, <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the <br />Village Council of Falcon Heights as follows: <br />1, In the event that at some future <br />time, any of the conditions set <br />forth in Section 4,3 (5) of the <br />Ordinance 6~+ occur to what is now <br />the Lindig greenhouse, the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights now gives <br />every reasonable assurance that favor- <br />able consideration will be given to <br />the buyer of said property in his <br />application for a conditional use <br />permit, so that the business may <br />be continued to the same extent as <br />prior to the destruction of the <br />premises, <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Black and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilman Black, Councilman Eckland, Councilwoman Stocker, <br />The following voted against the same: Councilman <br />Stone. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />WILLIS C.
