•
William Maertz
Director of Parks and Public Works
City of Falcon Heights
2077 W. Larpenteur Ave.
Falcon Heights, MN, 55113
Re: Local Trails Connection Grant Application
Dear Bill,
I was excited to hear that you are considering a trail connection between Falcon
Heights Grove Park and Lauderdale's Nature Reserve. This trail connection is
less than one mile from Roseville and would provide a safe, paved, accessible
route to Lauderdale's Nature Reserve.
This letter is to let you know that I am very supportive of your efforts and that I
• believe that the trail connection will definitely benefit the entire areas citizens,
including Roseville. I also applaud you for recognizing the need to provide safe
and alternate modes of transportation for our citizens.
I understand that the City of Falcon Heights is committed to a planning process
that involves all stakeholders while taking into consideration all environmental
concerns.
Thank you for all your efforts!
Sincerely,
Lonnie Brokke
Director, Roseville Parks
1910 West County Road B
Roseville, Minnesota 55113
•
