The Falcon Heights Parks and Recreation and the University of Minnesota Golf Course are working <br />together to offer some great golf lessons this summer! Below are some classes that will be offered <br />this spring through the summer! Classes are for all levels of players! Come learn the game of golf or <br />freshen up on your skills! <br />April "Spring Kick-off" Lessons <br />Ages 7-12 Get a jump on the golf season with help from <br />our PGA golf professionals. Juniors will be led through a <br />4 week course focusing on developing pre-swing funda- <br />mentals, short game techniques, full swing drills and <br />scoring management. Participants will also learn the <br />proper rules and etiquette of golf during this session. <br />Included is all golf equipment if needed, a snack, shirt <br />and other fun golf stuff! All levels are welcome. <br />Class is 1 hour long. <br />Fridays, April 13- May 4- 5:OOpm or 6:OOpm <br />Saturdays, April 14- May 5-10:00am or llam <br />Cost: $65 Resident $ 75 Non Resident <br />Kids looking for a Summer Golf League? <br />The U of MN golf course offers a Jr. <br />Golf League to youth ages 8-17. Camp <br />covers instructional topics, rules & etiquette, golf fundamentals, touring the golf course and of <br />course FUN! Participants will receive golf instruction through fun games and exercises, prizes, a <br />drink and snack, and a weekly golf newsletter filled with fun activities and tips! Class is taught by a <br />PGA professional! <br />Tuesdays, July 10-31- 8:OOam- 9:30am <br />Tuesdays, July 10-31- 10:00am-11:30am <br />Cost: $90 Resident $95 Non Resident <br />Thursdays, July 12- Aug. 2- 8:OOam-9:30am <br />Thursdays, July 12- Aug. 2- 10:00am-11:30am <br />Equipment will be provided if you do not have <br />your own. <br />Classes are held at the University of Minnesota Golf Course Learning Center- 2275 W.
