Falcon Heights Parks and Recreation <br />Instructional Rugby for ages 6-8 and 9-1~ <br />This junior program is designed to be an introduction to the <br />game of rugby. The emphasis will be on players having fun <br />while running with the ball, dodging opponents, running to <br />support the ball carrier and passing. Participants will be <br />taught 7 man rugby in anon-contact/flag rugby <br />environment. They will learn the rules of the game, skills and <br />eventually divide up and play games to experience the <br />excitement and thrill of the game! <br />Boys and Girls Ages 6-8 and 9-12 Instructor: Steve Worline has <br />Date: Tuesdays, Aug. 19 -Oct. 21 (10 weeks) been playing rugby since 1977 and <br />Time• 6:30pm-7:30pm has played all over the US and in <br />Location: Community Park countries like Japan and Southeast <br />Asia. He currently is a member of the <br />Cost: $30 Resident $35 Non Resident East-Side Banshee Rugby Club. <br />,,: <br />Classes will be separated by age for portions of the <br />class.
