• <br />• <br />New this summer! <br />Falcon Heights Running Club <br />Looking at running a 5K, marathon or just want to run with a group? Join <br />the Falcon Heights Running Club. Lead by veteran marathoner and <br />personal trainer Steve Worline. This 14 week program is designed to help <br />runners/walkers of all levels maximize their individual programs. Each week <br />a different topic will be discussed followed by a group run. <br />Topics that will be covered: <br />Base Training <br />Cross Training <br />Overuse, Injury prevention <br />Nutrition and Hydration <br />Strength Training <br />Running and Racing <br />Tapering <br />Race Preparation <br />And more! <br />For program content questions contact <br />Steve at 651-226-2452 <br />Cost: $50.00 Resident <br />$55.00 Non Resident <br />Date: Wednesdays, June 18 -Sept. 17th - <br />class instruction and short run.
