WHEREAS, the owners of the Premises have made application to rezone the <br />Premises to a planned unit development district, and <br />• WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 64 as amended by Ordinance No.-138, pertaining to planned unit developments, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the preliminary development plan was duly <br />noticed-and held before the Planning Commission in the Couneil Chambers in <br />City Hall at 7:00 p.m, on January 4, February 1 and March 1, 1982, at which <br />time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and present <br />evidence, and <br />WHEREAS, all of the preliminary procedures for action by the Planning <br />Commission on the preliminary. development plan required by Ordinance No. 64, <br />as amended by Ordinance No. 138, have been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />of the City of Falcon Heights as follows: <br />1. The preliminary development plan as submitted by the American Shelter <br />Corporation and as prepared by Harold J. It is the street plan shown on this plan <br />that is approved-with the restriction of the resolution adopted <br />by the Planning Commission on March 1, 1982 (Resolution 82-2). <br />The sheet showing detail of the Prior-Larpenteur intersection. <br />This approval includes the recommendations of the Consulting Engineer <br />of the City with respect to the feasibility of utilities, water storage <br />ponding areas and related aspects and the recommendation of the Planning <br />• Consultant of the City. <br />This approval also includes the permit conditions as recommended by the <br />Planning Consultant to the City subject to review by the City Attorney. <br />
