WHEREAS, the owners of the Premises have made application to rezone the Premises to a planned unit development district, and • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the provisions of Ordinance No. 64 as amended by Ordinance No.-138, pertaining to planned unit developments, and WHEREAS, a public hearing on the preliminary development plan was duly noticed-and held before the Planning Commission in the Couneil Chambers in City Hall at 7:00 p.m, on January 4, February 1 and March 1, 1982, at which time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and present evidence, and WHEREAS, all of the preliminary procedures for action by the Planning Commission on the preliminary. development plan required by Ordinance No. 64, as amended by Ordinance No. 138, have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Falcon Heights as follows: 1.
