CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting @~ the City <br />Planning Commission of the :City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on <br />the 25th day of October, 1982. <br />The following members were present: Stefanson, Olson, Wallin, Blomgerg <br />and Nilsen, <br />and the following were absent: Waldo, Bourquin, Chenoweth and Mead. <br />Planning Commission Member Olson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-b <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, <br />MINNESOTA TO PASS A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE RAMSEY COUNTY <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO PERMIT: FLOWER CITY LIMITED USE <br />ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THEIR PROPERTY ADJACENT TO LARPENTEUR <br />aAUENUE. <br />WHEREAS, Marvin Stillman, owner of a parcel of land lying northeast <br />of the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue and, <br />WHEREAS, Marvin Stillman is contemplating construction of a building <br />for retail business after the. total loss of a portion of his retail business <br />by fire, and <br />WHEREAS, to utilize his property effectively the Planning Commission <br />is recommending certain variances be granted by the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that <br />Mr. Stillman provide adequate parking spaces, and <br />WHEREAS, to meet the recommendations the Planning Commission requests <br />the City Council to pass a resolution requesting the Ramsey County Engineering <br />Department to permit limited use of said right-of-way south of their property <br />adjacent to Larpenteur Avenue, <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Planning Commission Member N,il en and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Commission Members <br />Stefanson, Olson, Wallis Blomberg and Nilsen, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Alan J.
