• CITY OF FALCON HlIGHT, <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public hearing of the City of <br />Falcon Heights Planning Commission was held on the 26th day of June, 19811. <br />The following members were present: Al Stefanson, Erma Olson, Harold <br />Nilsen, Don Mead, Jerry Wallin, Phil Chenoweth and Deborah Trent-Sullivan <br />and the following members were absent: Don Grittner and David Black. <br />Jerry Wallin, Planning Commission Member, introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 8!<- 2 <br />A RESOLUTION AIX;PTING THE REVISED ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />Whereas, the City of Falcon Heights Planning Commission reviewed their <br />current Zoning Ordinance No. 611, and Official Zoning Map to consider update <br />of said document, and <br />Whereas, the Planning Commission did find that certain sections of the <br />Ordinance and Official Map needed clarity due to certain land uses, <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the City Planning Commission does submit <br />to the City Council of Falcon Heights their recommendation of certain revisions <br />to the Zoning 0 rdinance and Offical Zoning Map for the City Council public <br />hearing as they were stated in the Official Legal Notice with the further <br />modifications and clarifications described by the City Planner at this public <br />hearing. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Don Mead, Planning <br />Commission Member, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Al Stefanson, Erma Cason, Harold Nilsen, Don Mead, Jerry <br />Wallin, Phil Chenoweth and Deborah Trent-Sullivan, and the following voted <br />against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Alan Stefanson <br />Planning Commission Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />"~.~~~'' <br />• lin <br />P a Commission Secretary <br />
