Y+ ~~ " <br />.i <br />• <br />• <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON NEW ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: All residents of Falcon <br />Heights. <br />TIME AND PLACE: <br />OPEN TO INSPECTION: <br />THE .NEW ORDINANCE.: <br />AREA PROPOSED TO BE <br />REZONED: <br />(See attached map) <br />Notice is hereby given that the <br />Planning Commission of the City <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota <br />will meet in the City Hall of <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota at <br />8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, <br />1984 to consider a new Zoning <br />Ordinance and Map for the City <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota.. <br />The Zoning Ordinance is open to <br />inspection at City Hall. <br />The new Zoning Ordinance will <br />repeal the former Zoning <br />Ordinance for the City of <br />Falcon Heights and establish in <br />its place an ordinance regu- <br />lating the use of land, the <br />density and distribution of <br />population,. the location, size, <br />height and use of'buildngs and. <br />improvements, the arrangements <br />of buildings and tracts, the <br />designation of the number and <br />classification. of zoning <br />districts and their boundaries <br />within the City and a system <br />for administration, <br />enforcement, penalties and <br />appeals. <br />University owned land, the <br />fairgrounds, public schools and <br />City property will be zoned with <br />an R-1 overlay. <br />University Grove, also known as <br />Auditor's Subdivisions 71 and <br />90, will be rezoned R-1. <br />• <br />
