MINUTES
REGULAR. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
OCTOBER 6, 1980
PAGE 2
Several Planning Commission Members voiced their displeasure with the fact that
both the sign ordinance and the swimming pool ordinance were passed with the
Planning Commission being advised after the fact, having had no opportunity to
review either matter. It was generally felt that both of these ordinances dealt
with matters within the scope of activity for which a Planning Commission is
organized. It was generally felt that if these types of ordinances were not
given any preliminary review through the Planning Commission process then the
Planning Commission was not being utilized to its full potential.
Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
W
rry lin, Secretary

s
